WARRANTY POLICY

Bat Warranty

At SQR Cut Cricket, we are committed to utilizing premium willow, cane, and natural materials in our manufacturing processes. While we take great care in crafting our bats, it is essential to understand that these materials may naturally deteriorate over time due to regular use, particularly in the context of modern short-form cricket and the use inferior quality balls. To provide our customers with peace of mind, we offer a 6-month fair wear and tear warranty on the blade and handles, covering damage incurred during normal usage (excluding hard or concrete balls and excessive use of bowling machines). All bats will undergo a thorough assessment, and we will make a determination regarding repair replacement at our discretion.

Protection and Accessories

All SQR Cut Cricket protective equipment, including pads, gloves, and bags, is backed by a 6-month fair wear and tear warranty provided the equipment has been properly maintained, we will honour any manufacturing faults with a full credit or replacement upon receipt of proof of purchase. Please be aware that cricket equipment is manufactured from materials that may experience wear and tear during use, and it is expected that the visual appearance may diminish over time. Our warranty specifically covers damage that impairs the item's functionality and does not cover normal wear, superficial, or aesthetic damage. To make a claim against the warranty, a receipt for proof of purchase is required, and returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from SQR Cut Cricket.

You can choose standard shipping if you are looking for an economical solution, or you may prefer our expedited shipping option for those occasions when you need your items to arrive as quickly as possible. It should be noted that becuase our bats are made to order, shipping won't be immediate. Our team will communicate with you throughout to ensure that you are fully aware of where your product is up to with regards delivery.
